Nishan Public School is an English-medium, residential cum day boarding co-educational school founded by Maj. R. S. Bhinder in 1990. The school is located on Danialpur Road, Karnal, Haryana. Nishan’s primary concern remains to impart quality education to both boys and girls alike and make them assets to society. The Nishan Public School was established as a tribute to the late Sardar Nishan Singh Bhinder. This school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) Admission to the school is open to all boys and girls, regardless of class, creed, or community. Parents who wish to register their child for admission must fill out the registration form and register the child as early as possible upon payment of the registration fee. The registration of a student does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the student being found suitable for the class after an admission test and a personal interview with the student’s parents. REMEDIAL CLASSES The boarders get adequate time to study and resolve queries related to a range of subjects in remedial classes. The classes are supervised and guided by the residential teachers and not by the wardens, due to which the boarders get an opportunity to clarify all their doubts, and to study in a serious and sincere manner. SPECIAL ENGLISH LAB The sessions for English communication and personality development take place for the boarders four days a week by the designated mentors. The borders are made to communicate only in English all the time. INTERNET BROWSING CENTRE The boarders get access to the internet two days a week, under the supervision of the IT in-charge. Students are permitted to use their email accounts to obtain information on various topics for various activities such as debates and project development. Students can also send emails to their parents and other relatives. MEDICAL FACILITY A well-equipped school infirmary with visiting doctors caters to the prophylactic treatment and routine medical check-ups, including emergencies if any. We have tied up with the local hospital in Moradabad to ensure the immediate care of any illness or injury. Regular medical check-ups are held to ensure a healthy body and healthy mind.
