ADMISSION PROCEDURE GD Goenka World School accepts students from Nursery to Grade 5 at any time of the year. MEALS & DINING Dining Hall The cafeteria-style dining hall with a seating capacity of 200+ has bright and ambient décor. Centrally air-conditioned with free-standing air purifiers for the high pollutant months, as well as a filtrated water system and hand washing area. It serves breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack before the end of day dispersal. The vegetarian menu is drawn up by expert dieticians to satisfy the nutritional needs of the students and is shared with parents in advance. MEDICARE Medical Room A well-equipped three-bed medical room on campus is staffed by a full-time nurse and a doctor on call during school hours. TRANSPORTATION Luxury School Transportation Committed to reducing our carbon footprint, we have luxury yellow buses for transportation to and from campus. Currently, the routes being serviced are all of Gurgaon, West, and South Delhi. All buses are fully air-conditioned and equipped with water dispensers and first-aid kits. Our transportation team ensures that all drivers are qualified and experienced, and our students reach school and home safely at the desired time. SAFETY & SECURITY 24 Hour CCTV Surveillance The entire campus is monitored by over 100 fixed and PTZ cameras which are in operation 24/7, both inside and out. There is also an audio and video recording facility in all classrooms, where recordings are kept for 30 days. Every entry point has security guards stationed at the front entrance gates, and the premises are patrolled constantly throughout the day. Fire Alarm Systems The school has all the essential fire alarm systems and strategically placed equipment in situ, an inspection of which is carried out and logged regularly. Fire Drills are held quarterly to ensure the correct management of emergency procedures and protocol. Face Recognition App GD Goenka world school is the only Primary School Campus is currently offering extra safety and security with a peace of mind for parents by letting them know of the arrival and departure of their children to and from campus. The minute the child enters or leaves the premises, the face recognition cameras record the event, and a link is sent directly advising the parent via their mobile phone. Biometric Door System Considering the absolute safety of children the campus has an access-controlled entry system to all classroom areas. The use of the biometric door system can only be accessed by school personnel. System inspection is carried out regularly. Centrally Air Conditioned and Air Purified campus All classrooms and indoor spaces are fully air-conditioned. Recently there has been the installation of mobile air purifiers to control PM25, PM10, and CO2 levels. Outdoor activity is also closely monitored and managed during peak times when harmful pollutants are highest. LIBRARY Our well-stocked library is an age-appropriate, curriculum-based resources for Nursery to Grade V. To help students gain new insights, it also offers intranet-based Wi-Fi facilities, a reading corner, and a quiet zone for resource work and reflection.
