BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAVAN’S GANDHI VIDYASHRAM was formed in 1938 by Kulapati Dr. K.M. Munshi, a farsighted visionary and practical idealist, with Gandhiji’s blessings and with the inspiration of other leaders of the freedom movement, including Shri C. Rajagopalachari, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, and Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.
