About School:
A great philanthropist, Sri Vallurupalli Nageswara Rao Garu. He was inspired in the late 1980s to support the cause of high-quality education in the Hyderabad region. Guided by his vision, he created trust in the memory of his late parents using his resources. A trust named Vallurupalli Rattaiah & Seethamma Charitable Trust was registered on the 24th of April 1989. This trust founded Vallurupalli Rattaiah Seethamma & Vignana Jyothi Residential School in 1995 in collaboration with a non-profit organisation called Vignana Jyothi. With the establishment of this school, a long-felt demand for a quality school in the areas surrounding Bachupalli was met.
VRS Vignana Jyothi School is a co-educational residential school that strives to offer a child-oriented learning environment. The program is conducted for children from Grade I to Grade X who are affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education. The school intends to help children develop their intellectual, emotional, creative, and physical abilities. While the school accepted individual differences and needs, the school would respond to these in terms of personal care and attention. The school is concerned about the student’s ideals, attitudes, and behaviours. There is a concern for individuals and groups of children.
The campus of the school is equipped with large classrooms, a well-stocked library with a broad selection of publications, reference books, novels, newspapers, journals, and as well as well-equipped physics, chemistry, and biology laboratories.
There are separate gymnasiums at the school for males and girls.
