The Lohia Academy International School was established in the year 2011. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.), New Delhi. It’s a boarding school for boys and girls which accommodate students from classes KG to 12th. The school is run by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Memorial Educational Society. They impart certain rules to all students without differentiating in any kind of caste, creed, or colour. The school is situated in Jahangirabad (Kanpur Road), Ghatampur, Kanpur which is a very peaceful area. The aim of the school is to provide a healthy atmosphere to every student i.e., by accommodating fewer students in every class so that they can pay attention to each and every student, by imparting sound moral intellectual and physical education, by all-round personality development through physical and mental activities as they are the citizens of tomorrow.

FACILITIES The school provides the following facilities- Digital Classroom The school has the digital classroom to make the studies very interesting and creative so that the students can learn very easily. The school provides extra attention to weak students and teach them in an interesting way. Workshops and Laboratories The school has a well-equipped laboratory for Maths, Science and Language subjects. The school provides the workshops for photography, carpentry, sculpture, and clay modeling. Information and Technology The school teaches computer as a compulsory subject from class I as they believe that with the increasing technology the students should have the knowledge about them. The school has an advanced computer system which helps them in Research and Development. There are 24 computer labs in school which are well-equipped with LCD monitors LAN and Internet access. A. V. Room The A. V. Room contains DVD players, LCD projectors with a collection of both audio And videocassettes as a teaching aid for students. Library The school has a well-furnished library for both Senior and Junior Wing which contains over 12000 books, various journals, and magazines etc. It also contains comic books for the junior wing according to their age. Every week, each class has been given one period so that students can utilize their time and learn something more interesting. Book Shop A stationary has been opened in the school premises where students and teachers can buy things according to their needs.
