A residential and day boarding school, Sri Dasmesh Academy is accredited with ISO 9001-2008 and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, via affiliation number 1630024. It is located in Sri Anandpur Sahib, Punjab, India, at the base of the Shiwalik Hills.
On September 24, 1978, the former president of India, Shri N. th Sanjeena Reddy, lay the cornerstone for the Academy, which is situated on 163 acres. Five km to the east of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, a historic Gurudwara, rises the tall and magnificent Sri Dasmesh Academy.
Modern Smart Classes, Laboratories/Workshops, a well-stocked Library, a Computer Lab, a Language Lab, and a large common assembly area are all included in the academic block’s amenities. It can house roughly 1000 pupils. The administrative infrastructure includes the Academy Mess, spacious, bright, and airy separate boy’s and girl’s hostels with common study and recreation areas, as well as sports facilities up to international standards, such as a 400-meter track, basketball, tennis, and indoor badminton courts.
