The Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School is a residential and day boarding school in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. A dream of Her Highness Rajmata Krishna Kumari Sahiba of Jodhpur is to establish a prestigious English-medium school for girls. Her dream and vision came to existence when His Highness Maharaja Gaj Singh Ji II founded Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School on July 20th, 1992. He graciously donated a part of his personal property known as Suresh Kothi and Bichli Kothi, along with other buildings of approximately 5 acres located at Raika Bagh, Jodhpur. The school was inaugurated by Her Majesty, the Queen of Nepal, and is run under the guidance of His Highness Maharaja Hanwant Singh Ji Charitable Trust. It began as a residential-cum-day boarding primary school with only sixty girls. Mrs. Jyotsna Brar (currently Principal of Welham Girls’ School in Dehradun) founded the school. It has since expanded to a senior secondary school with over 1500 students. The school serves students from all over the country and abroad. Co-education is available up to Class V. It is affiliated with the CBSE Board in all three streams and emphasizes our rich cultural heritage. The school is a prominent member of several prestigious organizations, including the Round Square Group of Schools (Global Member), the Indian Public-School Conference (IPSC), and the American Field Service (AFS), and is an IAYP license holder. The school has hosted prominent personalities like His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Art of Living Guru – Pt. Shri Shri Ravi Shanker Pradeep Upadhayay Astro Uncle Pawan Sinha, etc. Over the years, we have had the privilege of having very eminent and inspiring chief guests. Some of the state-of-the-art amenities and other facilities provided in the Boarding School Hostel All dormitories are air-cooled, spacious, and well-maintained with adequate amenities. Each student has an independent unit consisting of a bed, wardrobe, study table, chair, and shelves. Children’s accommodation in dorms according to their age and class. Children are permitted to contact and meet their parents on a preset and pre-and request at certain times. PREP CLASSES & COACHING If required, there is an additional announced day of teaching available within the Hostel. Coaching classes by expert tutors are organized in boarding houses Borders are facilitated with the Prep Classes and necessary study materials and tips for appearing confidently in all exams. Teachers of various subjects are available to offer additional academic guidance after school hours within the school premises. After school hours students are encouraged to participate in recreational activities. ‘Special assemblies and evenings’ provide a chance for the students to showcase their talent in dramatics, dance, music, theater, and other stage management events. On weekends, the dormitories are buzzing with activities, programmed with unlimited fun & frolic with matches, birthday celebrations, outings, movies, cultural programs, bonfires, DJ, visits, tours, excursions & leisure hours.
