Established by the Basava Samithi Trust and was headed by the Honourable President of Basava Samithi, Shri Aravind Jatti, son of the late Dr. BD Jatti, a former Vice President of India, as well as a former Chief Minister of Karnataka and former Governor of Orissa and Pondicherry.
