Jagaran Public School was established in the year 2007. It was dedicated in the year 2012. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.). It has been built by the inspiration of late Shri. Puran Chandragupta who has enriched the editorial ‘Dainik Jagaran’. The school has recently completed its 9 years. They believe that the students’ needs to be molded so as to achieve good personality as they are the citizens of tomorrow. The school provides education based on the inspiration of Indian culture, tradition, and values. They provide the degree in Science, Arts, and Commerce subjects. The school basically focus on- Utilizing the youth’s energy in a right way. Giving better education. Putting efforts on the growth of the students i.e., physical, mental and spiritual. Making a responsible and disciplined child. Emphasizing on the character building of the students. Teaching moral and ethical values to students.

The school starts with the morning prayers in the school quadrangle which acts as a ground for the outdoor games and for cultural events. The basement of the school is utilized for annual exhibition and inter-school competitions. They provide the hostel facility to both girls and boy, accommodating 70 and 80 student each. They organize various programmes for hostel students. The school has a big hall for 200 audience. The Pre-primary wing is well decorated with colourful pictures to attract kids. It also have open stage where students can show their talents. The school provides scout-guide/ NCC facility. The school also publish Jagriti which is annual magazine and Abhivyakti a newsletter. Facilities Some facilities provided by the school are as follows- Laboratories The school has different laboratories for subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics for students can learn practically. They also have a hi-tech computer lab. For senior class of XI and XII, they teach two subjects i.e. Computer science having Turbo C++ and SQL and Information Practices (I.P.) which is related to Java NetBeans and PL-SQL. Activity Room The school has separate rooms for creative activities like yoga, clay modeling, and sculpture etc. School Library The library contains approx 8000 books on different subjects, daily newspaper, magazines, journals. Smart class and seminar rooms The school has smart class and they also have a seminar room which can accommodate 120 persons. Canteen The school provides the healthy food which is checked regularly by the school. School Bus The school provides the facility of 10 buses which follows all the terms and conditions as made by the District Road Transport Authorities which runs to every corner of the Lucknow.
