The goal of the SREE MAHAMUNIAPPAN TRUST-run Dheeran Chinnamalai International Residential School is to offer the best education possible to the rural residents of Uthangarai and the surrounding areas. The school, which is associated with the CBSE in New Delhi, uses the NCERT curriculum from Class I to Class XII. It is challenging to improve the teaching and learning process such that all students achieve more. The school is 3 km west of Uthangarai and is distant enough from the city to offer a quiet learning environment while still being close enough for a convenient commute.
