Aim Of The School
The aim of the school is,

Class I to V
The school has designed certain curriculum for the students. They have to go through dictation and oral-test which are scheduled every Monday. They try to build confidence in them and try to improve their communication and pronunciation skills through role-plays, conversation and pronunciation activities.
Class VI to X
In these classes, the students recall and recollect the basic skills that they have learned in the previous years. The school organize the test on every Monday on one of the core subjects. Regular assignments are given to the students which makes them more imaginative. They prepare their assignments or any kind of writing skills with the help of newspaper, magazines, reference books etc. which acts as the source for them. They are also taught French as one of the foreign languages.
Pattern Of Instruction
Delhi Public School follows a certain sequence as they start the classes from nursery (4+) onwards, which completes the duration of one year, followed by the one year of preparatory (PREP) and then the final stage which is based on the 10+2 patterns of Secondary and Senior Secondary Classes which complete the duration of 12 years. At the end of 10 years, class X students appear for All India Senior Secondary Examination (AISSE) and class XII appear for All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (AISSCE) which is conducted by C.B.S.E.
