About School:
The township and Araku Railway Station are both 1 km and 2 km away from the campus of Alluri Sitaramaraju Public School, established in 1985.
Spread over an area of 22 acres of green grass. The school will gradually have well designed classrooms, laboratories, modern dormitories, extensive playgrounds, spacious dining and recreation hall, library auditorium, craft sheds, and dairy. The campus, with its serene setting, provides the ideal environment which is conducive for children to live, learn, run, and develop into well-groomed citizens of the nation.
The co-educational school offers classes from I through X. Taking the needs of the public in the neighbourhood into consideration, a limited number of students are admitted as Days Scholars in each class.
The school is affiliated with the CBSE board, Ministry of Human Resources Development, and Govt. Of India and its prescribed syllabus are being followed. While Telugu, Hindi, and English are taught as languages, English is used as the teaching language.
